I've had this Chase credit card since 1993. Took advantage of a 3.99% till paid off offer years ago. I've been paying on it faithfully. Never late and never missed a payment. Now Jan 2009 comes along and they decide to charge me a $10 monthly service fee whether or not I carry a balance. That comes to $120 per year. My original agreement with this card did not include any annual fees. Didn't Chase just receive a large sum of my tax dollars in the form of bailout money? I insist that they forfeit their bailout money because of unfair credit card practices to the American people who are already hurting enough. I signed up at GSLAWNY.com for the Chase class action investigation. I encourage all of you to do the same. Let's fight back!!!!
