I got hit with the same $10 month fee on my 3.99% lifetime advance. I also paid on time and never had a late payment. My monthly payment doubled from $260 to $520. I am in the process of emails stating that if they don't reverse this then I will send complaints to both the Attorney General, the Banking Commission and my Congressman and Senator. They have to answer all Attorney General Complaints and this alone will cost time and money. Much more than the $10 month. I just told them in my email to answer me as soon as they decide what they will do so I can proceed with my complaints if need be. Its so easy to file on line nowadays and is well worth the trouble it will cause JP Morgan Chase. Just Google the Attorney General for you state and fill in the online complaints. Its well worth the satisfaction. By the way...I would not accept the 7% conversion as this opens the door to even higher rates in the future. We are going to pay more in taxes to bail out these crooks and they are still trying to collect on personal accounts. What nerve they have....lets stop this now!
