This recent changes that Chase have made sounds fraudulent, unethical and a switch and bait practise. I think it is also in violation of the truth of lending. I found a site that might be able to help out. "OFFICE OF THE COMPTROLLER OF THE CURRENCY" OR THE OCC. Their Phone number is 1-800-613-6743. It says it will stay on the phone til your dispute is resolved, E-Mail address is : customer.assistance@occ.treas.gov
These company/banks have to be stopped. They are thieves with nametags and suits. While we help bail them out with our hard earned tax money, so they can stay in business, the trap us and sink us. I don't think they deserved the bail out, let them sink! There are credit unions that can take their places, so who needs them.
