I called the OCC this morning. They can either mail you the complaint form. They will explain things to you and you have the option of filing a complain. Then they will give you a case number. It is good to exhaust every possible options, who knows one of those options can actually solve this problem. Office Of Then Comptroller of the Currency is a part of the Dept. Of The Treasury. I actually read this advice from one of Chase employees post. He said that is the company to call and complain.He too, does not agree with the said practise. Worth a Try.
