Subject: Chase Bank Fees (What to do)

I received my bill as well same problem. I call the president of the company, but the secretary put me through to a customer service representative.
I have gone through the BBB, but they don't have any pull with this company. I would call this a classic case of "Bait and switch"
Here is what needs to be done and we must all do it, to get enough exposure: (1) File a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. (They have a web site for this)
(2) Next file a complaint with the Attorney General of not only your state, but every state that "JPMORGAN CHASE BANK" does business in.(each state has a web site)
(3) Call your state reps and senators of your state
(4) Call your local TV; Radio Stations get the dirty laundry on Air.
(5) Call the Whitehouse
