I ALWAYS have payed my bills on time, I do it through auto payment. Chase changed my billing cycle without letting me know and boosted my apr from 4.79 to over 10%. This paractice is completely unethical and should no doubt be illegal, especially since they are pushing you to do the right thing and go paperless which adds to the probablility of you making late payments. I trusted them and the srewed me bad. Also have account with CITIBANK and they have NEVER done this. I will never do business with them
