I too am a victim of Chase's unethical and immoral practice. I took advantage of a 3.99 and 4.99 offer and agreed to the terms presented, which in part agreed to keep rate until balance was paid off. I am on auto pmt and have never been late. The new 5% min and 10 service fee will cause financial damage to many who did not sign up for this when they accepted the terms. Timing could not be worse and the lack of an opt out is plain mind blowing.
