Same as others here: Fixed 3.99%, never late, etc. When I called to complain about the $10/mo fee, they tried to get me to opt for the 7.99% offer (some offer, geeszch). I expressly declined their 7.99% offer. Five days later I receive a latter from Chase saying I agreed to the offer (7.99%) and the letter was confirming this and setting forth the terms. Again, I expressly refuesed to accept this offer. Watch out for these scum bags folks. I've reported this to every agency, department, local news papers and TV news programs. If you're in the right, then fight back! I'm far from done getting the word out and I'm fight'n mad.
