I have concluded that it is best for me
and most people impacted by the proposed
change in terms to choose option #4 while
we await a ruling and adjudication. It may
take a few months but I am certain that
'Chase' will rescind the proposed changes.
It will take a few thousand brave people
who are willing to choose option #4 to bring
about this rescission.
I suggest you notify 'Chase' that you have
elected option #4 while you await a corrected statement.
