For those who will be forced to take Chase's 7.99% deal because they cannot afford their NEW super inflated payments to Chase... Question??? What keeps Chase from doing this all over again in a few months on these new accounts... instead of 7.99%, now they can push in to "like" 12.99% and do it all over again...
