I'm glad to hear it Joe. I wish I had the option of just paying it off. I have not accepted the agreement yet. I did file a complaint with the BBB in Delaware, stating that this action is unjust and illegal. I had a representative from Satan(Chase) call me to find out why, and I told him with a few choice words.
I too am moving all of my accounts out of Washington Mutual and into a credit union. I will not let them use my money for their own good.
