I made monthly payment to both credit cards. I set up an automatic payment with and online bank. Surprisingly I get a call from one credit card asking me to pay $600, after I just had paid the monthly payment of approximately $280. I said that I would and paid the additional amount.

I received my statement that shows that they now charge me 29.99%. I said why, they said I did not pay $634. They had asked me to pay $600, where did that $34 come from? Considering that the US government is helping banks with billions of our tax dollars and the federal reserve loaning banks funds at just above 1%, it is totally inconceivable how they have the guts to charge almost 30%!! I will be writing to my congressmen, BBB in California, the District Attorney and attorney general. The CC company will receive a letter from me asking to refund the excessive charges. I will close the account and will do all in my power to assist others to fight these practices. Naturally I will join every class action lawsuit against them.
