Comment:
THEY MISDIRECTED THE MAILING OF MY STATEMENT WHICH CAUSED ME TO BE 10 DAYS LATE FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER ON ANY CREDIT CARD. I PAID THEM IMMEDIATELY ON THE DAY THEY NOTIFIED ME I WAS LATE. THEY REMOVED THE LATE FEE BUT MY APR WENT FROM 4.99 TO 29.99%. WHEN I COMPLAINED I WAS TOLD WAS NOT "CREDIT WORTHY". FUNNY THEY DIDN'T FEEL THAT WAY BEFORE THEY SCREWED UP MAILING MY STATEMENT.
