Subject: minimum payments on chase cards
Comment:
chase raising my credit card payments from 2 to 5 percent is unethical. I have always paid on time and more than the minimum, they tell me nothing can be done to transfer to another bank. seek credit counciling to set up a payment plan. fine but will they put things on hold till thats done (no). They state that my debt to credit ratio to high, but they and other cards have lowered my limits to just above what i owe, and every time i pay it down they lower the limit using the same lame excusses. They are pushing people to bankrupsy, and they say their not. They got bailed out, but nothing to trikling down to to the consumer. It is out and out corparation greed to make up for a lot of bad disisions. They have bated people to transfer balances at low interest rates to their bank, and now they are exploting these accounts. When they say there is an agreement. There is no agreement when they can change the terms with no agreement from the other party, or means to opt out. If it is in the fine fine print. That they agree to not to ever agree with with the party they say they are agreeing with. I would not have done business with them. thanks robert
