Your right Never been late or over limit since getting card 9 years ago. This month I went over limit due to finance charges and the next day after bill closed they charged another 39.00 stating that I started my new cycle out over limit. Chase did not even let me pay down balance they just charged over limit fee for heck of it. I am working on transferring my balanced or getting personal loan tgo pay off. Chase Bank is the worst bank that I have ever had to deal with.
