Comment:
I questioned Chase about this 14.95 fee and told me it was because the transation( on-line) was done after 4pm EST. At that point I pointed out that this was the incorrect description for this fee and that it was not fair since the payment was submited on the due date. I also questioned chase their Late Fee and what is the difference between Epay Fee and late Fee if both are done after the cutoff time. The operator said it was different. At that point I dropped the conversation since the fee was remove. This is unfair practice!
